After speaking with a few other bathroom fitters, (those that actually bothered to turn up) Robert from Eltham Bathrooms was the only one who gave us any real confidence and actually sounded like he wanted to do our bathroom.
From the first meeting Robert understood what we wanted and helped us chose the fittings and fixtures.
His communication, attention to detail, and quality of work were outstanding.
Even unexpected issues were handled calmly and professionally, and they went above and beyond throughout the whole project.
Eltham Bathrooms absolutely delivered a beautiful bathroom.

We had Robert from Eltham bathrooms visit us to give us a quote on a whole new re-fit of our bathroom. He was very polite and prompt. We went through some ideas etc and explained what we wanted - we wanted some outside pipes moved which were currently in our new extension (our builder didn’t move them!).
We received a quote which we were happy with and got a date in the diary.
On the first day Robert and Janusz arrived, on time, and quickly got to work. Janusz was the main fitter for our bathroom. He was polite, and considerate of our home, putting carpet protector down on the stairs, even though we were due to replace it.
He got to work fairly quickly.
At the end of the day, he cleaned up, as well as every day.
He arrived on time every day, sometimes with his older son who was helping out. He was also very polite and a pleasure to have in our home.
They did not stop working the whole 8-10 hours they were there. And the transformation of my bathroom is just wow!!
I honestly did not expect it to look as amazing as it does.
My favourite part of the bathroom is the shelf!

Robert would pop by regular to see how things were going and asked if we had any questions.

Janusz and Kamil were reliable, trustworthy, considerate, polite.
You won’t regret choosing Eltham Bathrooms, would highly recommend.
Thank you

Great service from Eltham Bathrooms and I’m very pleased with the end result. This was a fairly complicated bathroom renovation that required a level of builders work before getting down to actually fitting the bathroom. The chaps were easy to deal with, very quick to respond to questions and carried out the work exactly how they promised. After agreeing the design and date to commence, they turned up on time and quickly got to work protecting our hallway and clearing the space. Every night they left the area tidy so we weren’t inconvenienced at all. They did absolutely everything including tiling, flooring and electrics. We have another bathroom to renovate and I’ve already asked them to do that for us. Can’t recommend them highly enough - super team. The price matched other tenders we received and the quality of workmanship was well worth it.

5 Stars! Flawless Two-Bathroom Renovation
If you are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly skilled team, don’t look any further. Robert and his team just finished renovating two bathrooms for us, and we are absolutely over the moon with the results. Their quality of workmanship is outstanding, and their attention to detail is visible in every single corner. Their quotes were reasonable. Not only is the work top-tier, but the team itself is incredibly friendly and trustworthy. They are very flexible if things need changing along the way. Their communication was excellent throughout, and their punctuality was spot on—arriving exactly when they said they would - every day 8am sharp. We were also impressed by their cleanliness; they left the workspace immaculate every evening. Very professional and we would highly recommend them.

The task was renovating our 50 year old bathroom into an accessible shower room.
Despite the challenges of a Victorian house, and the added requirement to install fittings that aided mobility to the shower, an excellent new bathroom has been achieved.
In undertaking the job, care was taken to keep the rest of the house clean, disruption was kept to a minimum, all waste was efficiently cleared, and there was full cooperation on what was needed to be done.
The team approached the job with full professional skill across the range of tasks. Damian, Łukasz and Robert were a pleasure to have in the house throughout their time with us.
The finished project has excelled our plans, fully meets our accessibility needs, and looks terrific. We highly recommend Robert, his colleagues and Eltham Bathrooms for the work they have done.

I asked Robert to quote for a new Bathroom and cloakroom toilet as part of a refurbishment project I was doing. I did not want to look at tiles and bathroom suites and gave Robert one task which was 'make it look nice'. I had done my research and Robert stood out as the person to trust to do the works. I gave him the keys to the property and Robert and his brother Lucas completed the job to the highest standard and at the end it did indeed look 'nice'. Eltham Bathrooms are a one stop solution and will take your project to completion with the minimum of fuss and will do thier best to achieve the finish that you would expect from a company that consistently achieves five star reviews. I would not hesitate in recommending this company if you are looking for your dream bathroom.

I required a company that could help me revamp my utility room as well as update our bathroom.

After looking at various other companies who did not fill me with confidence, I reached out to Eltham Bathroom for a quote. I felt I connected with Robert instantly. He came across as knowledgeable, trustworthy, and someone with real skill and attention to detail and once the work started, he did not disappoint.

I really valued his communication, his ability to resolve issues quickly, and the quality of his workmanship (bespoke cabinet, extractor fan, great tiling, finishing touches) all of which proved that my instinct had been right all along. There were also a few unexpected issues along the way such as a missing worktop and a radiator that needed fitting and Robert handled them without any fuss. I didn’t expect him to take on those extra bits, but it really showed his pride in the job and his commitment to getting everything right.

He and his brother went above and beyond throughout, and their kindness and professionalism made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. I could not have been more pleased with the results.

I highly recommend this kind, highly skilled team from Eltham Bathroom. (5 Stars)
